Set of 4 Art Deco French knife rests or as the French say ‘porte couteau’. Set of four includes Monkey, Hen, Cockerel & Swan.

Knife rests have been around longer than you might think and they protect your table and tablecloth from soiling between courses.

Metal unknown with a dark grey patina.
