Brass Reversible Rim Lock Features

The reversible design allows the lock to fit both left-hand and right-hand doors, making installation quick and straightforward. As a result, it is suitable for a wide range of traditional and modern interior doors.

The lock includes an adjustable roller bolt catch for smooth operation and secure closing. In addition, it carries a 30-minute fire rating, making it suitable for many residential and light commercial applications where a fire-rated rim lock is required.

Each lock is supplied complete with matching fixing screws and two traditional iron keys, providing everything needed for installation.

Installation & Care

Install the rim lock using the supplied fixing screws and ensure it is correctly handed before fitting. The reversible mechanism allows the lock to suit either left-hand or right-hand doors.

Always check that your chosen rim door knobs are compatible with the 108mm backset before installation. This helps ensure smooth operation and accurate alignment.

To maintain the finish, wipe the lock occasionally with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals that could damage the surface.
