The Regency head brass door knocker is a stunning reproduction of an original design which was popular in the Regency period. Large proportions make it the perfect design for a larger door.
Regency Head Brass Door Knocker Measures; Overall length 17.5 cm and 13.2 cm at the widest point. No separate strike plate is needed as it is integral to the knocker. Fixes to the back with threaded bar and secured with a nut, cut down to size to fit depth of door and paint/wax over to finish.
Unlacquered brass requires maintenance if you want to keep it polished, alternatively leave it to the elements to develop a natural patina.
