This round mounting block is hand-turned in a local workshop from solid, untreated sapele, a rich tropical hardwood known for its strength and warm tone. It features a small central predrilled hole and a recessed back, allowing space for electrical wiring—perfect for use with light fittings, doorbells, or as a decorative mounting base.

Each block is made from unfinished natural sapele, so variations in grain and colour are to be expected. You can finish the surface with oil, wax, or paint, or leave it bare to appreciate its natural character.
