A charming pair of small Leaf Curtain Finials with a traditional hand-forged design. Made from mild steel, each finial features a decorative leaf detail and softly curved form.
These are ex-display pieces, so they may show light signs of handling or storage. However, they remain fully usable and are ideal for adding character to a traditional curtain pole.
The Beeswax finish is one of the most traditional finishes in the range. It has a soft, natural appearance with subtle blue and deep red ochre tones visible in the steel. These colours develop during the forging process and give each piece its own individual character.
After forging, the makers dip the steel in hot beeswax. This process helps preserve the natural tones of the metal while creating a soft, matt finish.
The finials suit period homes, cottages and traditional interiors particularly well.

Beeswax Care
Temperature changes or packaging can occasionally cause a light white bloom to appear on the surface. Simply buff this away with a soft cloth.
To help maintain the finish, apply a small amount of wax from time to time using a soft cloth or brush. This will help protect the steel and keep the surface looking its best.
