Traditional Craftsmanship

Each handle is forged by hand, forming both the arch and rounded end detail from one bar of steel. This process creates a strong, tactile piece that feels substantial in use. Because no two items are identical, every handle carries its own distinctive texture and finish.

Finished in Natural Beeswax

The beeswax finish is the most authentic and historically accurate treatment for forged steel. After shaping, the metal naturally displays deep colours ranging from blue to rich red ochre. To preserve these tones and protect the surface, pure beeswax is applied while the metal is still warm.
This finish offers a subtle, matt richness and excellent protection when used indoors and properly maintained.

Important Care & Fitting Notes

• Only fit this handle once all plaster is fully cured and all paint is completely dry, as moisture and chemicals can cause rust.
• Indoor use only – beeswax finishes are not suitable for exterior fitting or moisture-rich environments.
