Beebombs – Seed Bombs with 18 Native Wildflowers
An incredible 97% of natural bee and butterfly habitat has been lost in the UK since WWII. However, small changes in our gardens and green spaces can help restore vital food sources for pollinators.
Beebombs offer a simple and effective way to bring wildflowers back into the landscape. Handmade in Dorset, each Beebomb contains 18 native British wildflower species, combined with fine sifted soil and locally sourced clay. The clay protects the seeds from birds and weather until rain breaks it down and germination begins.
All seeds are native species and recognised by the Royal Horticultural Society as “Perfect for Pollinators.” Once scattered onto cleared soil, the Beebombs will grow into a colourful wildflower patch that supports bees, butterflies, and other beneficial insects.
How to Use
Simply scatter the Beebombs onto cleared soil and allow nature to do the rest. Rain will dissolve the clay and the seeds will begin to grow naturally.
