6″ Universal Bolt – Aged Brass – Anvil 92008

A multi-purpose bolt which can be used on windows or doors and in other applications due to a variety of keeps supplied with the product. The strong spring mechanism, incorporated into the bolts, means it can be used horizontally & vertically. Supplied with matching SS wood screws.

Made from solid unlacquered brass, offering an abundance of character and charm.  Perfectly suited to period dwellings this finish will create a statement throughout. Due to the accelerated ageing process this finish undergoes, a darker patina gathers around the edges and recesses to contrast beautifully with the re-polished surface areas.

MAINTENANCE & CARE

This unlacquered finish will continue to oxidise and age, meaning the finish will darken over time. Polishing will remove any tarnishing or over darkening. To restore and brighten the finish, we recommend polishing with a dry cloth or a good quality brass polish. Regular oiling of all moving parts is beneficial to the longevity of your products & highly recommended during initial installation. Use an oily cloth to wipe over the product from time to time, this will aid protection against exterior or environmental elements, .
