Shipping & Handling 

We usually send our parcels out with Royal Mail. We apply a flat delivery fee of £4.95 for all Mainland UK orders and FREE postage for orders over £25 – please select the free postage option at the checkout if your order qualifies.

Delivery Schedule – We aim to deliver your order as soon as we can. We will try to send your order to you within 7 working days in the UK, and normally less.

If your order is excessively heavy or bulky a different carrier may be used. If any items are out of stock at the time you place your order, there will be no additional fee for posting them on later.

If ordering from outside the UK mainland including Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands shipping is charged at cost, we will contact you with a delivery cost when we have received your order, and you will be given the opportunity to proceed. Please submit your order as normal and we will email you a quote for postage to your location. We will only process the order with the additional shipping costs once we have received your approval.

Please note if you state that your parcel can be left in a ‘SAFE PLACE’ this will be done so at your own risk.

Overseas Ordering

We do ship outside the UK but currently these orders can only be processed via email info@periodfeatures.co.uk for information and a shipping quote.
International orders are generally received within 14 days.

Returns Policy

On receipt of your purchase, it is essential that the items are thoroughly checked. Any breakages or missing items must be reported in writing and emailed to info@periodfeatures.co.uk within 2 working days.

We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply contact us by email info@periodfeatures.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of your order and we will reply with a return address. Please return the products within 14 days of notifying us for a full refund.

The products must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that unless the return is for a faulty item the customer will be responsible for the return postage costs.

We regret that postage can only be refunded if the item is faulty or damaged. Returned items outside the 14 days’ notice period will be at our discretion.
